How to Obtain Warranty and Membership Status:
Please complete the user registration information below and submit it along with a copy of your receipt within 14 days of the purchase date. This will successfully open your OWR membership account and activate your Sweetdream mattress warranty service through the platform.

Daily Care Tips:

• Rotate the Mattress Regularly: All mattress materials undergo special treatment to contour perfectly to your body, so slight indentations (within 1 inch) are normal. After three months of use, rotate the mattress head-to-toe every four weeks, and flip it upside down every eight weeks to ensure even pressure distribution and optimal support.
• Use an Appropriate Bed Frame: Ensure the bed frame provides balanced support. Using an unsuitable bed frame (such as older steel or iron frames) can result in insufficient support, potentially causing long-term damage and localized sagging.
• Maintain Ventilation and Cleanliness: Remove all packaging materials before use. We recommend using a mattress pad/protector to reduce the chance of stains. If cleaning is needed, wipe the surface with diluted soapy water and let it air dry naturally. Never use high heat to dry the mattress, as this will damage the fabric surface.
• Do Not Bend or Stand on the Mattress: Folding the mattress, standing, or jumping on it will severely damage the internal structure and compromise its support.

Sweetdream Warranty Terms & Fee Schedule:

• Free Repairs: During the warranty period, all repair costs are free of charge for spring issues that occur under normal use.
• Fee Required Items: The warranty does not cover the replacement of materials (fabric cover or other cotton layers). If replacement is required, a separate quote will be provided at the customer's expense. If the mattress needs to be returned to the factory for inspection or repair, all transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
• Other Details: Standard repairs require 10 days. The company does not provide a replacement mattress during the warranty service period.
