We’re sorry, but we currently do not have overseas showrooms for customers to try our mattresses. We recommend customers try the selected model in person at our Hong Kong showroom before arranging overseas delivery to ensure suitability.
We currently offer overseas delivery services to the following region:
GB – United Kingdom
Generally, delivery takes around 60 to 90 days, depending on logistics arrangements and local customs clearance procedures.
When placing an order, customers must provide the following details to facilitate customs clearance and smooth delivery:
- Full English name as shown on passport (for customs purposes)
- A contactable email address
- A phone number (WhatsApp recommended)
- Confirmed delivery address
Please ensure all information provided is accurate to avoid affecting delivery arrangements.
Yes, all overseas orders will be delivered to the doorstep of the address provided, unless otherwise specified.
United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales):
- Mattress width ≤ 47 inches: HK$1,300.00
- Mattress width 48–59 inches: HK$1,500.00
- Mattress width 60–71 inches: HK$1,700.00
- Mattress width ≥ 72 inches: HK$2,050.00
Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales:
- Mattress width ≤ 47 inches: HK$1,800.00
- Mattress width 48–59 inches: HK$2,000.00
- Mattress width 60–71 inches: HK$2,200.00
- Mattress width ≥ 72 inches: HK$2,550.00
Yes, the shipping fee and product price include UK customs clearance fees and VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Please do not purchase through other platforms or channels to ensure accurate order and delivery arrangements.
All transactions are settled inHong Kong Dollars (HKD)and governed by Hong Kong law. If payment is made overseas, banks or payment platforms may apply exchange rates and handling fees.
All products available for order on our official website can be arranged for overseas delivery. If products are selected at our Hong Kong showroom, please contact us separately to arrange delivery.
Note: Overseas delivery service is only applicable to new orders. Completed orders or existing products are not eligible for overseas delivery.

Please provide your order number when inquiring to help us or the logistics company verify and follow up quickly.
Upon receiving the mattress, please inspect the packaging carefully before opening. If any damage is found, take photos immediately and contact us with photo evidence. Once the packaging is opened, the mattress will be considered used and not eligible for refund or exchange.
Mattresses are packed in double-layer plastic, with extra protective layers at each corner to ensure cleanliness, safety, and integrity during transport
